My approach is client-centred which means I focus on your well being to help you reach your goals at your pace.


Over the years, feedback from clients has taught me that the key to successful therapy is to create a non-judgemental space where you feel listened to, understood and valued for who you are.

I pride myself in providing a high quality, professional service.

I use a blend of advanced hypnotherapy techniques, drawing on my extensive training which includes coaching, psychotherapy, counselling skills and NLP (neuro linguistic programming).

My clients include  children, young people and adults from all walks of life, backgrounds and life stories.




As a registered and accredited practitioner with General Hypnotherapy Register and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, you can be sure that I practice within a professional framework, complying with GDPR, ethical and practice standards.

I am also an accredited therapist for Anxiety UK

*I have a current enhanced DBS check.  Children and young people under 16 years will need consent from their parent/carer and must be accompanied to the appointment by a responsible adult.
